Zero Tolerance Policy
Park City Premier strictly adheres to the regulations as codified by the Utah State Legislature under title 41 chapter 6a sections 502 and 517 and as such has a zero-tolerance drug and alcohol policy for all chauffeurs using the Park City Premier Platform to provide service. If you suspect a chauffeur is under the influence of drugs or alcohol, please ask to end the trip immediately, then call 911 or your local non-emergency assistance line. Nondiscrimination Policy
Park City Premier provides transportation based solely upon chauffeur availability without regard to geographic departure point or destination and without regard to race, color, national origin, religious belief or affiliation, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, disability, age or any other characteristic protected under applicable federal or state law.
